Asphalt was laid one inch & a half thick and for sure no more than two inches in the middle of the road that is almost a half a mile long on our community private road six years ago. Alligator cracks are increasing through out the road and many cracks through out the road, as well. I need your expertise to educate me and the rest of the members, whether or not we are going to need to tear all the road asphalt out or do an over lay. If we have to tear out the entire road and redo it again, we would like to know the science behind, so as, to convince the members. Maybe, there other options for an over lay after inspecting the road. And just as well, we would like the company that did the work accountable for it.
